McElligott Cup - Group A- Killarney 20 Killorglin 10

A huge congrats to our Seniors who won today at Aghadoe against a spirited Killorglin team 20 - 10) in round 2 of the McElligott Cup.

Killorglin opened the scoring with a penalty, but Killarney replied with a try from Ozdeniz Koyun to lead 5-3 at half time.

Early in the second half, Donnchadh Grealy kicked a penalty to widen the lead to 8-3. A try from John McCarthy converted by Donnchadh Grealy opened the lead to 15-3, but Killorglin struck back after sustained pressure to reduce our lead to 15-10. Killarney wrapped up the win with a 3rd try - this time from Craig McKenzie Vass.
